1. Services Eligibility for Refund

Due to the nature of our business and services, refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:

• A service was not delivered as promised or was not initiated at all.

• The client requested cancellation before work commenced.

• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after service initiation or delivery.

• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• If the project scope is changed midway and work has already started.

• Digital marketing results that do not meet subjective expectations, as outcomes may vary.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet begun. After this time, cancellation requests will be considered case-by-case.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:
