The client requested cancellation before work commenced.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after service initiation or delivery.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
If the project scope is changed midway and work has already started.
Digital marketing results that do not meet subjective expectations, as outcomes may vary.
You may cancel a service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet begun. After this time, cancellation requests will be considered case-by-case.

If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
